• Create processes delivering quality, speed and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience recruiting commercial or field-based sales teams.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capability.
• Experience designing scalable recruitment processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and French; German a plus.
