Commercial Trainer

📋 Description

• Own the US commercial onboarding program.
• Schedule onboarding sessions; coordinate presenters.
• Deliver instructor-led training for Sales & AM teams.
• Keep training materials current; manage updates; promote docs.
• Create role-specific training for all staff levels.
• Collaborate with managers to develop curriculums and measure success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in commercial training; trained across the customer lifecycle.
• Experience in client-facing commercial roles (Sales/AM).
• Exceptional communication; concise writing; engaging presentations.
• Strong communication across levels (management to staff).
• Leadership and teamwork; cross-team collaboration.
• Technical aptitude; ability to learn new software.
• Experience with a CRM.
• Background in training, teaching, or education.
• Multitask across projects and departments to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with tourism, tours and activities.
• Bonus: SaaS experience.
