📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier, service, licensing, distribution, and JV agreements.
• Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks and compliance under Australian law.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law, regulations, and business practices.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Self-motivated and capable of remote independent work.
