📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, supplier/service contracts).
• Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks, obligations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agreements with business objectives.
• Support corporate transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
• Translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice for non-legal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
