📋 Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (supplier/service/licensing/distribution)
  • Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks, obligations, and compliance under Australian law

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 5 years in commercial transactions, corporate law, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Australian contract law, commercial regulations, and business practices
  • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide variety of commercial agreements
  • Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
