📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (supplier, service, licensing, NDAs, JVs).
• Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks, obligations, and compliance under Australian laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial transactions, corporate law, or related field.

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
