📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (suppliers, services, licensing, distribution, NDAs, JVs).
• Advise on commercial risks, contracts, and compliance under Australian law.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agreements with business objectives.
• Support corporate transactions (M&A) via due diligence and documentation.
• Analyze business strategies from a legal perspective and provide practical recommendations.
• Keep updated on changes in commercial law, regulations, and contract developments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving.
