📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (NDAs, JVs, supplier/service contracts).
• Provide strategic legal guidance on commercial risks, obligations, and Australian compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of agreements.
• Ability to assess risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently remotely.
