📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate broad commercial agreements (supplier/service/licensing, NDAs, JV).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 5+ years in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and business regs.
• Proven drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication with international teams and stakeholders.
