📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate broad commercial agreements (NDA/JV)
• Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks and compliance under Australian law

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 5+ years in commercial transactions or corporate law

• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical recommendations
• Self-motivated; capable of working remotely with minimal supervision
