🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 5+ years in commercial transactions, corporate law, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements
• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment
