📋 Description

• Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks, contracts, and compliance under Australian law.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions or corporate law
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and advising on diverse commercial agreements
• Ability to assess risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations
• Self-motivated; able to work independently in a remote environment
