📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (supplier, service, licensing, JV)
• Provide strategic guidance on risks, obligations, and compliance under Australian law.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agreements with business goals.
• Support corporate transactions (M&A, reorganizations) via due diligence.
• Analyze business strategies from a legal perspective; offer practical recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in commercial legislation and contract law.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions, corporate law, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law, commercial regulations, and business practices
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on various commercial agreements
• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
