📋 Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including NDAs and JVs.
  • Advise on commercial risks, obligations, and Australian compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align agreements with business objectives.
  • Support corporate transactions (M&A, reorganizations) via due diligence and documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in commercial legislation and contract law developments.
  • Translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice for non-legal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions or corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
  • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
  • Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; experience with remote/global teams preferred.
