🎯 Requirements

• LLB or equivalent law degree.
• 5+ years in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and regulations.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
• Ability to assess risks and provide practical business-focused recommendations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
