📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (suppliers, services, licenses, JVs, NDAs).
• Advise on commercial risks, obligations, and compliance under Australian law.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align contracts with business objectives.
• Support M&A and reorganisations through due diligence and docs.
• Analyze business strategies from a legal perspective; provide practical recommendations.
• Keep current on changes in commercial legislation, regulations, and contract law developments.
• Handle legal matters independently in a remote role.
• Translate complex legal concepts into clear advice for non-legal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• LLB or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions or corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law and commercial regulations.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements.
• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with international teams.
