📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements (suppliers, service, licensing, NDAs).
• Provide strategic guidance on commercial risks, contracts, and compliance under Australian law.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure agreements align with business objectives.
• Support corporate transactions (M&A and reorganizations) via due diligence and documentation.
• Analyze business strategies legally and provide practical recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent qualification).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Australian contract law, commercial regulations, and business practices.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
