📋 Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements (suppliers, service, licensing, NDAs).

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on a wide variety of commercial agreements.
  • Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
