📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years in commercial transactions or corporate law

• Experience drafting and negotiating diverse commercial agreements
• Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-focused recommendations
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely with minimal supervision
