🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience in commercial multi-line underwriting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to evaluate risks and
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to interpret data and prepare
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with independent insurance agencies and
• Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues, support training, and contribute to team development.
• Familiarity with underwriting systems and a commitment to continuous learning and professional
