Commission Analyst

📋 Description

• Administer daily commission ops via incentive platforms.
• Review and resolve commission inquiries with documentation.
• Support monthly/quarterly/ad hoc calculations and payroll submissions.
• Assist month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Perform manual calculations and audit reviews to validate outputs.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Payroll to improve processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales incentive compensation or related field.
• Experience with CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Salesforce, or similar; CaptivateIQ preferred.
• Ability to manually calculate commissions and validate payouts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams/time zones.
• Comfortable working remotely with accountability and ongoing learning.
