Commission Analyst

📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day commission ops in CaptivateIQ; ensure accuracy of payouts
• Investigate commission inquiries with clear, timely follow-through
• Support monthly/quarterly/ad hoc commissions for US and international payroll
• Assist month-end/quarter-end close for sales incentive compensation
• Perform manual commission calculations and audit checks when needed
• Partner with FP&A, Sales, Payroll to improve process clarity

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in sales incentive compensation or related finance
• Experience with CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Salesforce; CaptivateIQ preferred
• Able to manually calculate commissions and validate payouts
• Strong remote communication across time zones
• Adaptable when priorities shift and deadlines tighten
• Willing to train and stay current on platform changes
