📋 Description

• Commission a high volume of artwork by identifying freelance illustrators, providing ongoing art
• Apply a strong eye for detail and a solid understanding of artistic fundamentals to source and
• Collaborate with department leaders and participate in brainstorms focused on future Dungeons &amp
• Present updates to leadership by showcasing work and clearly contextualizing it within the broader

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ yrs commercial art experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong creative vision with a cinematic lens.
• Strong communication skills and capable of giving and receiving feedback.
• High attention to detail and organization skills.
• Deep knowledge of current fantasy illustration market/talent and modern print/press techniques and
• Adept in Adobe Photoshop, proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
