📋 Description

• Plan and execute commissioning for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Review drawings, specs, and sequences; provide field observations.
• Develop commissioning plan, schedule, checklists, and reports.
• Perform functional tests during start-up and testing of systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Document results, track issues, and follow up on corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in commissioning, HVAC design, or building automation.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in engineering; ABET preferred.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and BAS sequences.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs and translate to test procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork and organization.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and follow site safety requirements.
