Commissioning Manager

📋 Description

• Lead commissioning from planning through handover.
• Coordinate commissioning for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, and fire protection.
• Verify readiness and conduct pre-functional and functional tests.
• Collaborate with construction, engineering, safety, QA/QC, and subs to resolve issues.
• Track progress, identify risks, and report to project leadership.
• Manage punch lists and closure of deficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commissioning, construction management, or MEP coordination.
• Certifications such as CxA, BCxP, PMP, LEED, or OSHA (OSHA 30).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, testing, and closeout.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, schedules, and technical docs.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
