Commissions Analyst

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end administration of sales commissions for a global field organization, ensuring
• Maintain sales, quota, and commission data across Xactly Incent, Salesforce Spiff, and Salesforce
• Calculate, validate, and track commissions, bonuses, SPIFFs, guarantees, and other incentive
• Audit monthly and quarterly commissions, investigate discrepancies and root causes, and partner
• Support compensation-related employee lifecycle changes including new hires, transfers, promotions
• Respond to questions from sales employees and leaders about commission statements, calculations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales compensation, commission administration, revenue or sales
• Experience supporting commission calculations and/or sales compensation plan administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including formulas, lookups, pivot
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, ability to work with large
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to manage competing priorities and meet
