Organize communications to reach the intended audience and program.
Review and approve client communications for accuracy and readiness.
Coordinate with print vendors on proofs, revisions, deadlines.
Track status in Jira and support Iterable-driven workflows with Tech Implementation.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in communications production, print/email/template configuration, or related operational role.
Associate’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
HTML experience for email/template updates and setup.
Read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently.
Strong proofreading and quality assurance skills.
Experience with print vendors and proof reviews (preferred).
