Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Lead comms for assigned crew and missions, aligned with narrative.
• Coordinate with crew agencies on media engagements and appearances.
• Provide real-time comms support during milestones (training, launch, return).
• Manage asset approvals; ensure NASA branding and rights compliance.
• Partner with internal teams to produce content across press, digital, and social.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years in communications or public affairs
• Experience managing stakeholders incl. government
• Strong project management: timelines, approvals, deliverables
• Translate technical concepts into clear narratives
• 2+ years working with a government agency
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
