📋 Description

• Run day-to-day communications operations and calendar.
• Execute media relations strategy and journalist pitching.
• Manage inbound press inquiries and respond to requests.
• Track coverage; maintain Press page on BoulderCare site.
• Lead awards calendar and submissions; coordinate exec prep.
• Oversee internal comms: All Hands and leadership updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in communications, PR, or media relations.
• Agency or lean in-house team experience.
• Healthcare or health tech experience is a plus; mission alignment required.
• Operationally excellent; able to manage multiple workstreams and build systems.
• Media-focused with journalist relationships and proactive pitching.
• Strong writer; able to adapt voice for pitches, announcements, and social posts.
