Communications Manager

📋 Description

• Lead content strategy for recurring webinars with internal experts.
• Manage monthly newsletter development across departments and channels.
• Oversee weekly blog and editorial calendar; source stories and contributors.
• Develop growth-oriented communications: press releases, media statements, brand campaigns.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across internal, external, digital, and community channels.
• Create participant-facing materials with health literacy and multiple formats.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field; 2+ yrs experience may substitute.
• Minimum 5+ years in communications, public affairs, or marketing (healthcare preferred).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling across newsletters, blogs, press materials.
• Experience with SharePoint, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet.
• Experience producing content and managing cross-functional projects (webinars, newsletters).
• Willingness to travel to WelbeHealth centers at least 3 days per month.
