Build media relationships to drive Tala coverage
Analyze global coverage; develop and execute newsjacking ideas
Draft/edit briefing docs, pitch notes, and press releases
Own Tala’s corporate content: website, blog, social, awards submissions
Lead employer engagement initiatives: social amplification, Slack channels, internal comms

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience in communications in-house or agency
Strong communicator across channels
Strong understanding of crypto and AI
Strong relationships with key media, reporters, and stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of corporate communications strategies including PR & owned content (e.g., blog, social)
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize content performance
