📋 Description

• Drive day-to-day communications for the Economic Research and Societal Impacts teams, including
• Lead communications planning and launch execution for the Anthropic Economic Index, recurring labor
• Develop narratives that translate technical and quantitative research for audiences well beyond
• Build and maintain relationships with reporters across economics, labor, technology, research, and
• Draft communications plans, briefing documents, talking points, press materials, and social content
• Manage reactive press on sensitive findings in partnership with the Communications Lead, Deputy

🎯 Requirements

• Have deep communications experience, with significant depth in research, science, economics, or
• Have a track record of translating complex, technical, or academic research into public narratives
• Are comfortable reading and interrogating quantitative research, and can engage substantively and
• Have strong, active media relationships
• Can move between long-lead strategic messaging and fast-turnaround tactical execution without
• Have led multi-channel rollouts spanning strategy, digital, press, and cross-functional approvals
