Communications Specialist (Temporary Maternity Leave Replacement)

📋 Description

• You will support External Affairs & Market Access to deliver affiliate communications and
• Coordinate and execute communication plans to advance AbbVie priorities and reputation.
• Assist with brand communications, internal and external activities and cross-functional
• Draft press materials, Q&As, presentations, talking points and stakeholder communications.
• Support media relations activities and monitor external communications landscape.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver on time and within AbbVie standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in internal/external communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong written and verbal skills in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience drafting materials for diverse audiences and channels.
• Healthcare/pharma sector experience is a plus; agency/vendor experience is an asset.
