📋 Description

• Support and aid the Community Manager in all phases of the operations of an income producing
• Provide coverage across multiple locations, supporting various teams as needed, with flexible work
• Inspect property communal areas, apartment units, and grounds on a regular basis.
• Offer recommendations to management regarding improvements to overall operations.
• Assist with move-in and move-out administration, including apartment inspections.
• Demonstrate interest in and understanding of financial and operational reporting requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in property management required.
• Property management software experience a plus.
• Entrata, Excel, MS Word preferred.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong customer service.
• Valid driver's license required.
