Own content strategy and programming for Okta/Auth0 communities
Design and run programs (deep-dives, AMAs, member features)
Manage the community content calendar across Okta and Auth0
Partner with Customer Content, Social Care, & Advocacy teams
Build GTM signal engine for actionable community insights
Surface knowledge into structured assets (FAQs, KB, blogs)

🎯 Requirements

4 to 7 years in content strategy, community content, or knowledge mgmt
Built/manages community engagement programs for technical audiences
Read and rewrite technical content into clear, searchable narratives
Structure content for generative AI engines and LLMs
Work with content performance data and dashboards
Apply content taxonomy frameworks, metadata standards, or IA at scale
