Community Growth & Acquisition Manager - JT AI Labs (M/F/D)

📋 Description

• Identify, test and develop acquisition channels including paid/organic, partnerships, referrals
• Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns from audience definition to performance analysis
• Build and maintain expert-facing presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
• Create engaging content to attract experts
• Launch targeted recruitment campaigns based on language, country, expertise, and other criteria
• Own the expert acquisition funnel from first contact to activation

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in growth, acquisition, community building, marketing or related role
• Experience in a technology startup, preferably in AI, SaaS, marketplaces or talent platforms
• Hands-on experience building or improving an acquisition funnel
• Experience launching and optimizing several acquisition channels including organic and paid
• Understanding of growth metrics (conversion, activation, retention, acquisition cost, ROI)
• Experience building or growing a community of experts, professionals, or specialized talent
