Community Growth & Acquisition Manager - JT AI Labs (M/F/D)

📋 Description

• Identify, test and develop a broad mix of acquisition channels, including paid and organic
• Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns, from audience definition and budget allocation to
• Build and maintain the expert-facing presence of JT AI Labs on LinkedIn and potentially other
• Create clear, engaging content that makes experts want to join, contribute and come back
• Develop repeatable playbooks for each channel and scale the channels that perform best
• Launch targeted campaigns based on project requirements, such as language, country of residence

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in growth, acquisition, community building, marketing or a
• Worked in a technology startup, preferably in AI, SaaS, marketplaces, talent platforms or another
• Hands-on experience building or improving an acquisition funnel, not only managing high-level
• Experience launching and optimizing several acquisition channels, including organic and paid
• Understand how to define, monitor and improve growth metrics such as conversion, activation
• Experience building or growing a community, ideally a community of experts, professionals
