📋 Description

• Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of community engagement strategies and
• Manage, mentor, and support the community team to deliver high-quality programs and member
• Plan, organize, and oversee community events, networking opportunities, and engagement initiatives.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with community members, partners, startups, and key
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract new members and expand community participation.
• Collaborate with program managers to support marketing, communications, and ecosystem-building

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• 5–8 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in community management or a related role.
• Experience working within the climate sector, startup ecosystem, or both is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated people management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work
