Community Manager

📋 Description

• Manage rent collections, including difficult conversations, with respect and legal compliance
• Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and approve incoming residents in the home-sale process
• Oversee the resident home-sale process, approving incoming applicants as gatekeeper
• Manage contractors for landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs, setting quality standards
• Lead a small on-site team, including hiring, developing, and day-to-day leadership
• Manage community financial performance: budget, expense management, and net operating income

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physically able to walk the community daily and occasionally lift materials and supplies
• On-site role
• A track record of commitment - a sustained run with one employer, or something you built and stayed
