Community Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and support onsite property management operations
• Manage Leasing and Maintenance teams for a garden-style community
• Fully oversee the community’s property management activities
• Motivate and mentor onsite staff; drive project completion
• Build understanding of community needs as a financial asset
• Conduct property inspections to ensure market-ready apartments
• Oversee preventative maintenance to control costs
• Manage rehab/renovation projects

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Property/Community Manager exp; garden style assets preferred
• HS diploma required; degree ideal; 4-6 yrs MF PM exp incl CAM/ARM/CPM
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong Marketing/Leasing and Fair Housing knowledge
• Strong financial reporting and detail-oriented
• Proficient with Entrata, Excel, Microsoft Word; Yardi reporting ideal
• Positive attitude and customer service focus
