📋 Description

  • Own overall community strategy, governance, and growth

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in community management, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Strong ability to run cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Hands-on with Gainsight or similar platforms (Khoros, Higher Logic, Vanilla)
  • Strong writer, able to create engaging content that drives participation
  • Data-oriented; builds dashboards and reports on community health
  • Experience recruiting/managing community champions or advocacy programs
