📋 Description

• Run day-to-day player-facing efforts for a mobile title.
• Execute engagement initiatives and maintain feedback loops with development.
• Preserve an authentic brand presence across Discord, social, and Reddit.
• Create shareable content (AMAs, patch previews, dev updates) to drive engagement.
• Monitor trends and surface actionable insights for product and marketing.
• Support moderation policies, crisis communications, and community safety.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management.
• Influence game dev with player feedback; partner on feature roadmaps.
• Strong written communication; craft player-facing messages with brand.
• Platform fluency: Discord, social, Reddit; grow communities with moderation tools.
• Comfort with community metrics and reporting; derive insights for teams.
• Influencer programs and creator relations that move KPIs; NBA affinity a plus.
