📋 Description

• Run day-to-day player-facing efforts for a mobile title.
• Manage engagement programs and feedback loops with dev teams.
• Maintain authentic brand presence across Discord, social, and channels.
• Drive player engagement with content, AMAs, patches, and updates.
• Monitor trends and surface insights to product and marketing.
• Collaborate with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to integrate feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in community management and program leadership.
• Influence game development with player feedback for roadmaps.
• Strong writing for player-facing communications with brand alignment.
• Fluency across Discord, social, Reddit; growth and moderation tools.
• Experience turning sentiment data into actionable insights.
• Experience with influencer programs and creator relationships.
