🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management; manufactured housing experience is a
• Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with residents, team
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
