Community Manager

📋 Description

• Manage collections, including difficult conversations handled respectfully and in compliance with
• Drive occupancy and leasing, and oversee the resident home-sale process
• Approve incoming applicants in the resident home-sale (FSBO) process
• Manage contractors for landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs
• Lead a small on-site team, including hiring and developing
• Resolve resident issues with urgency and care

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physically able to walk the community daily and occasionally lift materials and supplies
• Track record of commitment
• Sales or customer-facing experience where results were measured
