Community Manager

📋 Description

• Build and sustain a high-performing team culture aligned to Havenpark's values
• Lead the team to achieve NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales targets
• Drive SOP execution for operational excellence
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations
• Drive resident satisfaction and renewals through intentional touchpoints
• Oversee occupancy of rental homes and on-site home sales

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multi-family property management; MH exp a plus
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, solutions-minded
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents and teams
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
