Community Manager

📋 Description

• Manage community financial performance: budget, expense management, and net operating income
• Handle collections, including difficult conversations, accurately billing, ensuring on-time rent
• Drive occupancy and leasing, including rentals, renewals, and approval of incoming residents in the
• Oversee the resident home-sale process, acting as gatekeeper for who joins the community
• Lead a small on-site team, responsible for hiring, developing, and leading day-to-day
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships across landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physically able to walk the community daily and occasionally lift materials and supplies
• On-site role
• Track record of commitment - a sustained run with one employer, or something built and stayed with
