📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing team culture aligned with Havenpark values.
• Coach and align team around community goals and priorities.
• Drive execution of SOPs to achieve operational excellence.
• Meet or exceed NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations including Fair Housing.
• Create renewals-focused resident experience; address issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multi-family property management; MH experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a solutions mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents, teams, and leadership.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
