Manage the property budget and ensure legal compliance
Provide exceptional service to residents and team members
Develop a team of 2-4 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in sales, customer service, asset management (property mgmt or related)
1-3 years leading a sales/customer service team
Proven leadership with coaching diverse teams
Experience with sales processes and metrics
Understanding of financials and budgets
Knowledge of property mgmt systems (OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce)

🎁 Benefits

Base salary: $65,000 – $75,000
On-site living option at the community (certain exclusions)
