📋 Description

• Lead a community team to drive occupancy, NOI, and resident satisfaction.
• Execute Havenpark SOPs to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee on-site operations and ensure safety, budgets, and standards.
• Collaborate with field leadership to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multi-family property management; manufactured housing a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
