Community Manager

📋 Description

• Manage collections, including difficult conversations, handled respectfully and in full compliance
• Drive occupancy and leasing, and oversee the resident home-sale process.
• Approve incoming applicants in the resident home-sale (FSBO) process.
• Manage contractors for landscaping, maintenance, and home rehabs, setting quality standards.
• Lead a small on-site team through busy and slow seasons.
• Build and maintain resident relationships, resolving issues with urgency and care.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Physically able to walk the community daily and occasionally lift materials and supplies.
• On-site role.
• A track record of commitment - a sustained run with one employer, or something you built and stayed
• Sales or customer-facing experience where results were measured.
